File That I dont know in my computer

Dear admin,

When I look up my computer, there is one big file with name "offline.exe" , the size is big enough

, 522 mb. My question is : What file is that ?, is that file harm to my computer, Must I remove that file ?

Please help me !!

Welcome sugiarto. That looks like a screenshot of your Downloads folder, so "offline.exe" is probably an offline installer that you once downloaded. You might be able to identify the program by right-clicking the file and looking at Properties. Once software has been installed, it is not necessary to store the installer in your Downloads folder, so you can delete it. BTW it is a good precaution to upload untrusted installers to VirusTotal for analysis before you run them.
