I cant get it to listen (lol) every two-three days it pops up again asking if I want to join and I cant find how to permantly disable it. Reminds me of them anoying Office popups asking if you need assistance.

Thanks asky, I used the group policy to disable it and some other things I forgot lived on Windows, Finally....
I dont get how microsoft can say "completely voluntary program" when its coded to confuse people into joining. Also anoying how many companys use a good sounding names for products causing public concerns...Anyone who knew about the "Digital Consumer Enablement" story would understand something Microsoft has been doing for awile now...
