Corsair 520HX should be more than enough for that system.
Its around USD 100 and easily one of the Best PSU's in tht range.

You list a TV card, so I'm assuming you are doing the Home Theatre thing, in which case noise could be a factor.

I have looked at about 8 PSUs recently, and the winner for me was the Antec Phantom 500. It is completely silent in normal operation, with a fan that only comes on when things get warm. It is a bit pricey, but has every possible connection, including SLI.

PSU's I don't like are:
Winsis - cheap, quiet but 2 quit within days.
Zen - totally silent fanless, but 1 major drawback - recovery time - after you turn off you have to wait until completely cold before you can turn on which can be 30mins to 6hours - huge variation between units.

good cheapos: Rosewill or Kingwin with 120mm fan

I'd suggest an ENERMAX Liberty 620W. This power supply is more then enough power plus the voltages on the 12V rails are sufficient if you decide to upgrade your vid card to something brand new. The only downfall is that its $150 but its well worth it.

Thanks for the reply!
So you think i should go for 750w? I'm interested in the AcBel R8 800W Active PFC/Ball Bearing LED Fan/Coating PSU for a couple of reasons
1st it's 800w so can power any upgrades etc i make
2nd reasonable price
3rd supports SLI
4th looks cool with the blue LEDs etc..

What do you think? Any comments?
