USB PCI Card not working

I installed a USB 2.0 4-Port PCI Host Adapter card in my PC. The OS detects it, but none of the posts are working. It's says it's Vista compatible, but I'm frustrated. Any thoughts?

My computer specs are below.

I presume that you are saying that none of the "ports" on that new PCI card function? If so, remove then re-insert the card so that it is seated properly in the PCI slot.

Like above, try making sure it is seated in the PCI slot correctly. If that doesn't do it, seek a replacement through a warranty if any. There's not really that much you can do, unless you want to get out your soddering iron and focal lense.
