Help with Flash incompatibility card

In Nov. I purchased an HP desktop computer with VISTA from Best Buy. I specifically asked for a computer that would play games well. Now the last two games I purchased from Big Fish games dragged in low motion. I contacted their tech and he told me:

"Unfortunately, we've noted a lot of problems with the 6150 card that you have, particularly with Vista machines... the card is NOT compatible with Flash, which games like Laura Jones and Woman's Murder Club use. Do you have a computer with Windows XP loaded, by any chance?"

Is he insinuating my old beat up computer with XP would play it and Vista can't?

Is there anything I can do to fix the problem?

Here is part of my DXDIAG (The board can't handle it all)

Assuming you have no drivers that conflict with SP1, you maybe want to start with upgrading to that. Second you could check the nvidias website for a newer display driver. As well you could run the Directx web updater which will update files as needed. One more option could be to check that you have the latest Flash version, and if you do, maybe go back a version to see if that makes a difference. If you need more a detailed explaination on anything just ask.

SP 1 and SP2 I assume were installed on my computer before I bought it. Windows does auto updates all the time. I just downloaded the latest NVidia. I just now downloaded the latest Flash. Haven't tried the game again yet.

My Computer

Click the Start button and in the search bar just type in "update" and Windows Update should appear (or you can find it under All Programs)

Then click Check for Updates.

My Computer

Just run the file you downloaded and let it update. It may take anywhere from 45 mins to a an hour or 2 depends on the speed of your computer.

My Computer

It took about an hour... I went out so not sure it was done when I got home. It said it was downloaded and installed. I shouldnt have to do anything then right?

My Computer

No problem. You can still run the DirectX update with DX10, it will update older components. Did your games improve?

My Computer

I downloaded my limit (3 times) from Big Fish and I have to get permission from the tech to download it again. They understand I d/l it 3 times to try and fix the problem so I'm sure they will let me. Then I will come back and let you know.
