  • Supports AGEIA PhysX processors and software runtimes (no change to PPU driver support).
  • Includes the latest PhysX runtimes used in the latest game titles.
  • Supports the following NVIDIA PhysX runtime engines: 2.8.1, 2.8.0, 2.7.4, 2.7.3, 2.7.2, 2.7.1, 2.7.0, 2.6.x, 2.5.x, 2.4.x and 2.3.x
  • Supports NVIDIA PhysX acceleration on GeForce via CUDA 2.0 for SDK versions 2.7.3, 2.7.2, 2.8.0 and 2.8.1 (requires graphics driver v177.81 or later).

I think I am going to do a trade up with my Video card with eVGA as soon as those GTX+ cards come out .... Oh, and as soon as the 780i FTW come out as well lol....

is that what you've decided to get John... is the 9800 GTX+..? I'm thinkin the + is my choice also. I've not been on computer for 3 days so have not seen latest news on cards..

physX does work on G92 GT & GTS...

with these........Download CUDA Code - complete and free toolkit for creating derivative works
physX & GT GTS GTX G92

install the CUDA PhysX kits...before your modded 177 drivers

hey presto.....

(should work !!!!)

I would look at the ATI 4870 first. It might really surprise you. I have not been an ATI fan for years. They fixed the drivers. The card is 1/2 the 280. You could get two 4870s for less than the 280.

Sorry, but this is for the 200 series cards and not for your 8 series.

You have these options available though:

Driver:
Latest NVIDIA ForceWare Video Drivers

System Software (Ntune):
Latest NVIDIA System Tools
