I'm not really sure what you need help solving.
If you could specify a problem then I'm sure people could help. The only thing that stands out to me is that your display resolution is at 1Hz. Isn't it supposed to be more like 60-75Hz?

I am assuming that you bought this computer from somewhere, if there is an issue that would fit under your warranty then you might want to go talk to the store that you bought the computer from because some places have very short return policies.

I'm still not clear on the issue, but you always should check and see if you have the latest drivers.
