Re: Help on my vga card

Try going into BIOS and check out the settings. I don't know what type of machine/laptop you are using or what type of graphics card you are running but checking out the Bios is a sure way to find out what you machine is set to.
Hope this helps?
P.S. To enter Bios is not the same on every machine could be holding down the Ctrl key and constantly hitting the Del key will let you in but there are quite a few F12, F2 and so on. Look at your post screen as it will tell you how you can enter Bios on your machine.

Re: Help on my vga card

get in touch with the supplier for support and call the manufacturer or send it back to the manufacturer for this, a collegue of mine had a similar problem and thay ended up replacing the laptop as it was a hardware failure, on laptops the parts can't be replaced (usually). pc's are easier to problem solve as parts can be replaced with ease laptops however are not designed that way.

assuming it's a new laptop and still under warranty call them and go through it with them, they will either solve or send you a new one under the conditions of the warranty.
