ATI Radeon HD 3200 2nd Screen

Iv just bought a Wireless PC to TV sender and I was in contact with the buyers and we cannot find out how to get the second screen activated. :confused:

Ive tried going to Display settings and right clicking the 2 then Attached but "Extend the desktop onto this monitor" just unticks itself. I then tried to connect an external display and it connected but still it isn't sending anything.

Does anyone know how to get the second screen working???
