Hi Vista-32bit,

Have a look here for an explanation of DMS-59: DMS-59 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
For suitable adapters, have a look here: Amazon.com: dms-59 adapter

Thanks, but I don't have two monitors, the adapters have two DVI ports, and will the adapters bring out the full quality of DVI? The card I ordered already comes with an adapter just wanted to know what DMS-59 was. Thanks.

Hi Vista-32bit,

Yes, you will have full quality DVI and VGA. As explained in the link given in my previous post, this enables a low-profile card to support 2 displays.

Can the splitter just handle one, so there is an adapter with two dvi females on it I only have one male for one monitor, will it let me do that or does it require two?

thanks

Re: DMS-59???what?

Hi Vista-32bit,

Yes, you can utilise one or both connectors - just as you can with a conventional full-height card. Both of these connectors are full function DVI connectors, and are independant of each other.
