Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to connect my Toshiba laptop with an HDMI Output to my Phillips 42PFL9532/98 using ATi Catalyst Control Center and I am trying to clone the laptop monitor to be the same on the TV but it comes up on the TV Unsupported Video Format and when I make it a 2nd monitor it works fine.

It would be great if someone could help me out to get it working.

Thanks Sam

What it the resolution on your main screen that you want to clone, and what resolution is the TV when you set it up as the second monitor?

I'm not sure if this is right or not but it says Maximum reported resolution :1920 X 1080 for the tv and Maximum reported resolution for the laptop 1280 X 800. By the way it is now saying Unsupported video format when i extend it. I didn't change any settings apart from turning the computer off and on...
