I have installed New driver for Geforce 9600GT. But now I am not able to tune my resolution to 1440 * 900. the resolution either less than the normal I am using or more than that. My monitor is Wide screen 19'inch.

Can some one help me ......

Were you able to set the resolution at 1440 X 900 before you updated your driver?

Have you tried updating your monitor's drivers?

Yes .. I can able to set to 1440*900 previously but when I update the driver, all the resolution was changed.

I am using same driver for the Monitor ... there is no update for it.

Try changing the refresh rate of your monitor to something lower. To do that, right click on your desktop then click on personalize. Then click display settings at the bottom. This will open up a display settings window. Click on advanced settings then click on the monitor tab. Try lowering the refresh rate to something lower. If that still doesn't allow you to set it at that resolution open the same window and untick the "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display. Be wary though and check the text written just below that as a warning. But since you were able to do that before it might work. Also, in case it doesn't and the monitor doesn't display just wait a few seconds and it will go back to normal. Hope this helps.

Also worth mentioning for Nvidia owners, you can set custom resolutions in the Nvidia control panel if you switch the control panel to advanced configuration.
