Well I as you could see I am using two monitors but my main concern is my 27" I can't get a perfect resolution I want it to fit the screen instead of have large black bars all the way around,

The only resolution fit is 1280x720 and its really annoying I want it to pretty well fit the entire screen or have smaller black bars.

If you could help that would be fantastic.

What is the Make and Model of your 27" display? Go into your NVIDIA control panel and go to the display tab and change flat panel scaling. If you have black bars all around I'm guessing you have Do Not Scale ticked which would explain X+Y black bars. If your 1280 X 720 resolution is giving you the bars, then I'm gonna assume you have a 1920 X 1020 native resolution. Do feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
