| Vista Home Premium 32-bit & Vista Ultimate 64-bit both Service Pack 2 W7 Pro RTM 7600 32 & 64 | Re: pc monitor problems Remove the SCART plug. One of the features of SCART is that of automatically switching a monitor/TV to that source if the device connected via that lead is powered on. |
