Your system has not been modified...

So, today I tried to install the latest nvidia drivers from HP for my Presario F730us and I got this error...

"Your system has not been modified."

Then my computer reboots and the driver does not work at all. When I tried to restore my drivers via system restore I got back to my old driver but I cannot update or use my nvidia control panel. Please help. I have tried everything I can think of including driver sweeper and system restore, I even tried restoring old registry backups to no avail.

maybe there is a file corrupt in Vista see if restoring from the earliest date possible even help whatsoever if not then try uninstalling your nvidia control center and reinstall it then just download the latest drivers.

Hello Marty Marshalek,
Go to this site, choose option two, and update as necessary.

Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

If this fails, boot into safe mode and remove the drivers from there, using a driver sweeper.
Reboot and use CCleaner to clear out the registry.
Then try to install the drivers.

Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

CCleaner - Download

Both free and both very good.

Good luck and post your results.
