you may have to boot into safe mode and install from ther but un-install the current driver first.

If you still cant we can go into device manager and delete it from there

ok lets go into device manager

go to start>search>type device manager> look for display adapters

if yours is there and is working correctly fine. If it isn't there or if it has a yellow triangle on it the driver needs to be reinstalled. if it needs to be re-installed click on the adpter then click update driver and point it to where you have the new driver located

hope this helps

are you in safe mode? if so then you are running off a std vga display 800x600 resolution. if there aren't a display adapter listed then there is an "unknown" device with a yellow triangle that is probably youd video card. check that device and right click go to properties and see the details of the device. if it says its fdrom your vid card mfr then update driver there.

hope this helps

It might be but you need to look under the other tabs. In one of the tabs there is a long series of numbers and letters. with that you can google and find what that device is for

1st thing i would do is uninstall that pci-e device then reboot, before windows loads id enter bios, normally by hitting DEL and check all the settings I.e pci-e enabled ect and also if you have on-board graphics you will need to disable it, save, exit and restart, all going well you should see a new device found bubble in the bottom right hand corner..... hope this helps you, Good luck

Dude i see no Bios screen shot, Just device manager shots and those are 2 totally different things, anyway as a "process of elimination" have you connected the supplementary power connection form your PSU (power supply) to the 8800??
