| Vista Home Basic | laptop to tv connection I am running a new HP compaq presario on vista home basic. I want to connect to my HD tv with an HDMI cable but keep getting 'No Video Signal' from TV screen. Are there system settings that need to be altered before connecton can be made? |

| Windows Vista Ultimate x64 OEM | Re: laptop to tv connection Usually you have to adjust your video card settings on the laptop. It should say something about an external source or monitor. Also make sure the TV is on the right setting. |
