someone might put my quote into simple terms...

laptop graphics cannot be changed. there is no slot on the motherboard that supports any of the good cards out there. you probably have integrated graphics.
still you can build your own look at this website.

I found this page and it has a NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver. I don't really know what that means, but it's there lol

the geforce graphics are built into the motherboard. you also have integrated graphics.
i am sorry but you still cannot change the gpu.

Defrag your pc too. Use glary utilties to clean up any junk and auslogics disk defrag for the hard drive.
