Hi i have a irritating problem with my graphic card because just awhile back my computer performance base score has always been 5.9 and and everything ran smoothly until i formated my hard drive with my recovery CD. After i finished installing all my drivers, i noticed my base score drastically dropped down to 1.0 cause of my graphic and graphic gaming when pross, ram, HD works perfectly.

I went to go check if i downloaded the wrong driver but that wasnt the problem. i want to enabled SLI but now i get the Nvidia Geforce 9800 gtx (2x) "Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered" which is another problem to solve.

My OS is Vista Home 32bit
graphic cards: Nvidia Geforce 9800 gtx (2x)
MB: NF790i ultraSLI

soo itll be awsome if someone can give me a hand or some suggestion to solve this problem.

plz and ty

*edit*
hahah ok nvm i solved the problem which was kind of stupid hahah i just needed to refresh the new hardware. But i still have the "Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered" everytime i enable SLI so i guess i need help on that.

Hello chang,
Have you installed the latest driver from Nvidia ?, if you have, go back to the driver that you were using before the format and see if that still works.
Give it a go and post your results.

i have just installed a Gigabyte HD 4650 card, downloaded the driver from gigabyte, unzipped it, parked it in programs and restarted. then set the resolution from control centre.
checked computer performance base score at 5.7, then refreshed as per instructions and ended up with a base score of 1 for graphics and gaming graphics. so is vista reading the driver?
gigabyte GA-M750SLI-DS4
Phenom 9550
also note that it cannot recognize the optical drive(s)
any ideas? help?

See if games run properly if not then vista is not recognising the driver, if so then its just an annoying problem!
