Re: Monitor shuts off

I have changed the power setting to performance and will see what happens this afternoon since that is always when the shut off occurs.
Thank you for the suggestions so far. I will report back with the results good or not

Re: Monitor shuts off

I TRIED TO FIGURE OUT HOW i COULD SEND THE RESULTS TO YOU9 oops sorry not yelling.) I could not copy and paste andnothing would let me send either. The sections at the bottom said there were no events or failures in any of the areas.

Re: Monitor shuts off

it shut off at 1:26 and i used the on off button to report in and will go get my laptop to ck if thre are any more suggestions from you all. It will only stay on for a few minutes once it goes off.
I just keep thinking there is something I have overlooked in all this process but cannot figure out how it would have been changed in the first place.

Re: Monitor shuts off

Hi Brendalynne

If you move the laptop lid back & forth, does the monitor shut off?
