    Help ATI Graphics Catalyst

    Hi! I'm a newbie so can any one tell me if my catalyst has bugs or old. I can't change any settings on my on board card. And any suggestion would be appreciated.Here are my system info:

    Windows vista Home premium 32 bit
    Intel C2D T5750 2GHz L2 Cache 2MB
    250Gib HDD
    ATI Radean HD 3650 512 MB



    Ex: The performance of my card like setting it to quality or performance or balanced or more technical stuff.
