Flash Games Lagging

Well, I'm using Firefox 3.6.3 and all the flash games I play lag for a few seconds before getting normal again, and continues again and again. It's really irritating.

I have a GeForce 6150 Go with 128 MB dedicated memory. It's fine for online games. The computer was fine before. I have the latest Flash Player (ver. 10). I'm using DirectX 11.

I've tried doing many things like disabling session restore in Firefox, altogether, and also disabled the sound enhancements for my speaker, as I got the suggestion from someone's forum somewhere. But the problem is the the games are choppy even in other browsers. I think it's a GPU problem, but I tried reinstalling the graphics card driver.

What shall I do? Someone please help me.
