Help with video card.

Hey guys. I'm having problems with my add in graphic card, when I start up my computer its all blurry with colorful colors and I can't see anything. I asked my friend if he knows how to fix this kind of problems and he told me that updating it might fix it, but I don't know whats the name of my graphic card, I know its a Geforce but don't know the exact product and name. I'm currently using Intel Chipset which is attached to the motherboard. I'm not good with computers =[. Any help ?

It didn't help. =/ The first step told me to open the device manger and find the device that has the yellow exclamation mark, but I don't see it.

The yellow marker just means that the driver is corrupted. You did not see any, good. Now you must check to see if it is up to date.

Click on display adapters and sound video and game controlers

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver

To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper

In your case, just go to the website of the mfg and make sure you are up to date.

You can try gpu-z from tech techPowerUp! :: Downloads and it'll tell you what video cards you have. You'll have to use the drop down box at the bottom to select the 2nd card.

But issues like this scream dead card, especially when its an older system... the e2160 tells me its a couple years old.
