560mb not very much.
I think that is the problem right there.

Try a clean boot and see if you can get it to work

Clean boot removes most of the unnecessary start up items and frees ram.
See how things go, for testing only
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Actually , i've recently formated my PC so no other things that can use my RAM..

so is there any other options ??
i've tried everything but cant figured it out..so please help me..:)

Give me a screen shot of your task manger, showing how the ram is being used.

Why are you showing so many chrome in your second shot. Close some windows.
Your machine has the minimum ram. You cannot expect to do what the powerful machines can do.
Shut all but one browser
Turn off indexing.

Turn off Aero (if you have it)
Right click on the desktop, and click personalize. Click on visual
appearance. Click open classic appearance properties. Select Windows Vista
Basic or Windows Classic/Standard

I am trying to reduce your ram usage to see if you can use your card.

Ok
If you use the computer the way it is in the last post, do you still have problems?

OK you have to tell me everything so I can help
I did not know that performance has changed
Go to search
type device manager
in device manager look for any yellow warning markers
Then go to graphic card driver and make sure it is up to date
(you said that you did this, but I want to be sure that you did)

Run this memory test. Run for 8 passes (overnight is good)
If errors are found test a good stick in each slot
If no errors are found do the same but for only 4 passes

Download memtest86 and test RAM
www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
It may be memory, the driver or actual card.
