    Welcome
If you had told us the problem, that may have helped. In lieu of that go to search by
    start button
    Type device manager
In device manager look for any yellow warning markers. Then be sure that your card driver is up to date.
Give a detail about your problem

    How To Find Drivers:
    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    Driver Reference
Driver manufacturer links are on this page:
    Drivers and Downloads
and for any not listed above
    How to Find Drivers

Hey i know this is alot to ask, but could you reccomend me one from there that is better than my NVIDIA GeForce G100 in a price ranged from £100-£300, and could you also tell me if i have the correct system requirements to install it. I would be VERY appreciative if you could do this for me.

Re: Need help with graphics card

    Hi,

The simple answer is start at the top & work down the list until you find one that you can afford. The prices vary too much by country & outlet. So I am not realistically going to provide you with the answer.

    One other consideration is: -
What power supply do you have, you may/ will need to upgrade that?

Min 450 Watt to 750 Watt & needs to have the 6 pin power connection for the new graphics card. (Price £15 to £70)

Look here & click buy on line for price examples. (Could be found cheeper)?

    GeForce GTX 580

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480

Re: Need help with graphics card

yous suck at this don't yha?

Youre not going to get much of a card into this machine, due to the power supply.

Open up the case and read the power supply size off it. It will be in Watts, probably around 300W.

Your budget is phenomial, i can almost build a full computer on it for yha.

As I'm certain your psu blows... Heres a few great options.

Btw at your price/performance level and use, ATI is the way to go.

    Way more than you need:
    Scan.co.uk: XFX 1GB HD 5830 Graphics Card - HD-583X-ZAFC
Scan.co.uk: Corsair VX CMPSU-550VXUK 550W Power Supply (PSU)

    A good setup:
    MSI ATI Radeon HD 5750 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card []
Corsair CX 500W ATX Power Supply (CMPSU-500CXUK) [CMPSU-500CXUK]

    And you could go cheaper.
    HIS ATI Radeon HD 5670 512MB GDDR5 ICEQ PCI-Express Graphics Card (H567Q512) []
    OCZ StealthXStream 2 500W Power Supply [OCZ500SXS2]

I sorta spec'd a range, but you really don't want to go lower than a decent make of 500W... a good 450 will run too.

The gpu is a bit different. I spec'd a 5670 and above, but you could go to a 5570, Scan.co.uk: XFX HD 5570 Graphics Card - HD-557X-ZHF2 too actually.

Again at the price performance level youre at stay with ati.

Unfortunately, you have near the best you can have in it... You'd havce to give me your psu size for a definate answer.

Other than your gpu, its not that bad... Its an older quad, but can easily keep up.

Youre right, the gpu blows, but to do better you need more power.
