| Guest | SignAndEncrypt The WCF default as in understand is SignAndEncrypt for Message security. I explicitily set this with an attribute at the service level. I use the Microsoft Service Trace Utility and when I view the message I see in plain text the body of the SOAP Response. I read that the Microsoft Service Trace Utility does not show the body encrypted but what is going over the wire is encryted. What tool can I use or setting can I change to see the SOAP Request and Response going over the wire so I can see the details behind the scene and learn. |

| Guest | Re: SignAndEncrypt Hi Karch, IN the WCF config editor, navigate to Diagnostics>Message Logging and set "LogEntireMessage" to True, "LogMessagesAtServiceLevel" to True. You should be able to see the unencrypted version of the messages in the service trace viewer for subsequent requests. Priya |
