Confused newbie: Will WCF Runtime be part of Vista ?

Hello

With all the Release Candidates, WinFx and Visual Studio Downloads I have
got confused of when all these Technologies are going to get wrapped up into
a single Release build. I had been assuming that Vista would include all the
WinFx Technologies, but I am not sure that this is the case. Obviously the
WPF runtime is part of core Vista, but what about WWF and WCF ? - Will my
business clients be expected to perfom additional .NET 3.0 Runtime donwloads
to run my Indigo (WCF) Developed APPS, as they currently have to do with XP ?

Which Release will include .NET 3.0, Home, Premium, Business Enterprise ? -
I presume all versions of Vista will getthe full runtime.

When will the VS Developer environment be tidied up into a single build ? -
I presume we will get a VS 2005 Add on for all of WinFX compatible with Vista
Release. Then we wait for another cycle VS2007 for more developer features.

Sorry for the questions, but its all rather unclear to me.

WPF , WCF, WWF and InfoCard are parts of .Net 3.0 ( old name WinFX ) and,
in advance, it have to me main
subsystem of the Vista ( as MSFT planning ) for user apps communication with
OS itself.

Yes, "Orcas" have to include new development features to support .Net 3.0

but if .Net 3.0 development part will be included there or stand apart like
PSDK for Native APIs I don't know
