Problem with HTTP.SYS

Hello misters,
I'm introducing with WCF technology.

I have a Web application asp.net 2.0 - vs 2005 c# and WCF.

Sometimes it appears the following error messagge:

System.ServiceModel.AddressAlreadyInUseException: HTTP could not register
URL http://+:8015/doble/. Another application has already registered this URL
with HTTP.SYS. ---> System.Net.HttpListenerException: Failed to listen on
prefix 'http://+:8015/doble/' because it conflicts with an existing
registration on the machine.
at System.Net.HttpListener.AddAll()
at System.Net.HttpListener.Start()
at System.ServiceModel.Channels.SharedHttpTransportManager.OnOpen()
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
at System.ServiceModel.

Any solution ?

Thanks partners.
