| Guest | Patching host name in generated WSDL How can I patch the hostname in generated WSDL such that all schema imports use IP address instead of the host name ? For example my WSDL schema looks like: <xsd:schema targetNamespace="http://tempuri.org/Imports"> <xsd:import schemaLocation="http://<HOSTNAME>/service.svc?xsd=xsd0" namespace="http://tempuri.org/"/> <xsd:import schemaLocation="http://<HOSTNAME>/service.svc?xsd=xsd1" namespace="http://schemas.microsoft.com/2003/10/Serialization/"/> </xsd:schema> How can the <HOSTNAME> instead be IP address ? -Arun -- Web Technologies and Standards Sun Microsystems, Inc. | Guest | Re: Patching host name in generated WSDL I tried that already but didn't help. I changed the bindings in inetmgr and that did the trick. BTW, read my blog entry at: http://blogs.sun.com/arungupta/entry...eroperable_out if you are interested in interoperability between WCF and Java EE. -Arun Arkady Frenkel wrote: > You can use windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file to set HOSTNAME to > needed IP > Arkady > > "Arun Gupta" <arun.gupta@gmail.com> wrote in message > news:1170986139.148864@news1nwk... >> How can I patch the hostname in generated WSDL such that all schema >> imports use IP address instead of the host name ? >> >> For example my WSDL schema looks like: >> >> <xsd:schema targetNamespace="http://tempuri.org/Imports"> >> <xsd:import schemaLocation="http://<HOSTNAME>/service.svc?xsd=xsd0" >> namespace="http://tempuri.org/"/> >> <xsd:import schemaLocation="http://<HOSTNAME>/service.svc?xsd=xsd1" >> namespace="http://schemas.microsoft.com/2003/10/Serialization/"/> >> </xsd:schema> >> >> How can the <HOSTNAME> instead be IP address ? >> >> -Arun >> >> -- >> Web Technologies and Standards >> Sun Microsystems, Inc. >> Blog: http://blogs.sun.com/arungupta > > |
