ipv6 and wcf

Seems wcf fights me each time I try to figure it out. I tried a few times
with betas and had some issues so said I would wait to rtm. So now rtm I
thought I would give another spin and convert a small remoting app. Could
not get anything to work. After fighting with xml config files and internet
samples, I somehow figured out "ping localhost" was returning IPv6 local
host address. ipv6 was installed, but *not enabled on the nic and still
returned ipv6 loopback. Is that by design? Anyway, after totally removing
IPv6, I managed to get some things working. Look forward to getting on some
dry pavement now. Still not sure I like this config file stuff - I prefer
code.
