RunTime Binding Update

Can i change the MaxReceivedMessageSize of NetTcpBinding class at
run-time into Opened Client?

As far as I remember, yes you can, however it can only be changed before the
ServiceHost.Open() call.

This is when the Channel stack is walked and built. Thus it must be before
the binding elements are being linked.
