RE: Foldes Share Happy Users Thread

KD, I am a BIG FAN of FolderShare, but I am not HAPPY about how the service
is being operated. After all this is Microsoft we are talking about. I have
been a BIG FAN of MS for a long time, but in recent years I have had to bow
to the oh so true complaints. What I am trying to do is hold MS to the high
standard that they SHOULD be measuring themselves at as WORLD leader in
technology. This (the way FolderShare has been handled since it's
accquisition) is not the type of service we should accept from MS. If this
was a service/software operated by some small company I would understand.

I know, I don't live in the real world, but I think if we never hold to high
standards we will never meet them.

RE: Foldes Share Happy Users Thread

I think the best method to make suggestions or went frustrations is to start
a topic specific to the concern. My purpose for this thread is to let MS
know that in addition to frustrated customers there are happy customers out
there and encourage them by positive feedback to first continue the service
and hopefully even improve it.

So I think the negative sentiments are fine, but they will be better
addressed if you start threads specific to the issue you are facing. One
being advance notifications of planned downtime.
