Well, I gave BeInSync a try and quit using it when it completely wiped out my
Thunderbird inbox (which was thankfully backed up by other means). I'm
getting increasingly frustrated and tired of FolderShare's downtimes and the
program's inability to keep my computers logged in.

The downside to the free version of PowerFolder is its 3-folder limit. I
guess I'll just have to combine some folders to be able to give it a good
tryout.

Here's another limitation of PowerFolder...you can't access the "Documents
and Settings" folder. (At least I couldn't.) I've got files in there that I
need to sync up.

i checked also Powerfolder a few days ago had no problem to choose any
directory tried also documnets after i read last comment above had no problem
to choose it.
only limitations i found 3 folders /10gb for me this is ok at least i am
independent. from servers. The online storage tghey offer is not neccessarx
to run the program its just an additional service.
