| | Files with multilanguage name won't sync I'm working with files in three languages, English, Chinese and Korean. I have to set the Unicode to read Chinese, so that the FS can sync both English and Chinese files, however, not the Korean ones. FS is a very good programme, fast and stable, I've used it over 1 year now, but because the language problem, I had to switch to a paid programe BeInSync, which is, compared to FS, a piece of Crap, slow scanning, slow syncing, unstable, crashing often, and more. I love to use FS, even I have to pay for it. but the language compliance would be the only problem for me. wonder when FS can solve this problem so that I can switch back, cause I don't want to pay BIS anymore, not even single cent |

| | RE: Files with multilanguage name won't sync you have to set your computer to run a language (you specified) for non-unicode programme. go to control pannel, language and region, (I'm not sure which version of windows you are using), in Vista, go to adminstrative tab, and change the system locale to the specific language you want, restart. if it's XP, go to the last tab on the regional and language pop-up window (not sure what it's called, or you may just work around to find the same tab) let me know if this helps cheers "sqjtaipei" wrote: Quote: > I love FS, but also need to sync files with Chinese character filenames.
