Sharing

I have sent invitations to a few people to share a folder. They have
installed the software and show as a blue link when I open the shared folder.
However that link never seems to move from the heading "No Devices Added"
and as a result, they never receive any of the files in the folder.

Here is what they report about their system "My icon is blue F with a tan
background. My local area network says I am connected. When I put my cursor
over the FS icon it saysFolderShare Satellite. WHen I right or left click it
says
Full DVD My FolderShare More Shutdown"

Others seem to have connected without a problem but since I have never been
a "sharee" I'm not sure what to tell those haveing trouble.

What do they need to do to become an online device or otherwise get connected?
