| | 100% Processor load Quite often my foldershare does not connect to the server and it says "logging in / waiting for server". Whenever the program is in this state it takes 100% processor load. It is the svchost.exe and not foldershare.exe that uses the processor according to the activity reporting in Windows. When foldershare manages to get online, or I close the foldershare application the processor load drops to 0% again. It is really annoying and I keep closing the foldershare application several times per day in order to get my computer to respond to other tasks. Does anyone else have this problem? Any fix for it? |

I have FolderShare running on four of my PCs, all different makes and models (and one laptop) and have never seen that...so I suspect it's something to do with your system. I have no idea what it could be though - have you tried uninstalling FolderShare and re-installing? Have you tried running FolderShare when other programs such as anti-virus scanners aren't running? | | RE: 100% Processor load I had a similar problem on my computer. Turned out it is some incompatibility w/ windows firewall on the particular system (Firewall works fine on 6 others). Disabling Firewall fixed the problem. Whenever I re-enable, same problem occurs. Haven't tried after recent upgrade though.
