Pro Features that have disappeared

I apologize if this has been covered before, but after paging through the
topics, I didn't see this covered.

I was a very early adopter of FolderShare, and signed up for the Pro level
service. At it's peak, running the .9 client, I happily had 256-bit AES
encryption (nice), and the ability to only sync changes in files (killer).

It appeared when I updated to .10 that those features went away - the best I
can get now is 128-bit RC4 encryption, and the ability to sync only the
changes in files seems to have disappered as well. Many months ago, I was
able to "recover" the features by downgrading to .9, but now .9 just doesn't
seem to work at all. I have all my clients updated to .10 software, but since
I sync a number of large files over Internet connections, the loss of the
ability to sync only the changes is a real loss.

So, were the high-level encryption and changes-only sync features
deliberately turned off, or have I done something inadvertently to lose those
features?

I don't know about the encryption, but the file changes sync was eliminated
shortly after Microsoft purchased Byte Taxi...and I'm still waiting for it
to come back. :-(

RE: Pro Features that have disappeared

Well, I did just find this for the first time on the FolderShare web site,
though it's a pretty piece of say-nothing corporate-ese:

I use the paid version and downloaded a new client and can no longer sync
parts of my document that I've changed. I now have to sync the entire thing
again. Why?

The new code replaces some previous 3rd party code and while functionality is slightly different they accomplish the same goal and the new code works more efficiently/seamless for synchronization.
