I experimented with this, but in the end I found it made much more sense to
use the Google Firefox Sync tool to keep all my bookmarks in sync...less
chance of something going wrong, especially if you were to ever have Firefox
open on more than one machine.

What do you want to synchronize in firefox? If it's only bookmarks, I've
never used Google Firefox Sync, but there's a bookmark sync program available
for firefox at foxmarks.com.
