| Guest | Can't get reset password sent to me I had to reset my password to FolderShare, but I have not received the email with my temporary password. I have tried several times since 1/21 and have sent a couple of email help messages through the "contact" page but I still have no response. I know that I can receive emails from FolderShare because I received one on 12/07 regarding the files being moved to the trash by mistake. Is my only solution to create a new account? Why can I not get a response from FolderShare/MICROSOFT? Thanks for any help you can offer |

you enter your correct email address for that account and a bad password or no password at all the system will offer to reset your password and mail you a new temporary one to regain access. Although that may help you now, IMO it's a pretty foolish system that just changes the password on anyone's request before receiving an email confirmation that the request came from the rightful owner of the account. I suggest the system mails not a changed password but a link to allow the owner of the email address to confirm their wish to reset their password. Tony | ||||||||||||
