Mac os 10.5 / Leopard issues?

Is anyone having issues with Foldersharein Leopard? Functionally it seems to
work fine - but I've found the foldershare icon that appears in the upper
right has disappeared - twice.

It seems if I run the application, it will come back - but I'm wondering if
the user is shutting it down somehow without knowing it, or if others are
having this problem.

RE: Mac os 10.5 / Leopard issues?

I have same experience, but there's another problem. Files appearing on one
computer arrive at the other with .p2p extension, which apparently never
finishes transferring. Wsih I knew how to complete the transfer.

RE: Mac os 10.5 / Leopard issues?

Yes, I've got the same problem. It seems that there's some issue with the mac
initiating outgoing connections. Check out:
https://www.foldershare.com/info/faq/Firewalls.php?

I've tried to change my firewall to "Allow all Incoming Connections" for
FolderShare. I've also reconfigured my Airport Extreme to (a) assign a fixed
IP to my iMac (through DHCP reservation) and (b) map port 443 to that fixed
IP. Still doesn't work.

If you open up FolderShare settings and go to the final tab, you will likely
see all the ports blocked. We only need one to be open to work.

Any other ideas?
