I have downloaded the software, checked the version and have tried to create
a new account. But the connection times out after the 30 second countdown
and wants proxy info. There is not a proxy, I am connecting using cable
modem from home.

I've check my internet connection and made sure that www.foldershare.com is
not blocked. Is there another site that needs to be unblocked as well?
