| | Unable to create FolderShare account I have downloaded the software, checked the version and have tried to create a new account. But the connection times out after the 30 second countdown and wants proxy info. There is not a proxy, I am connecting using cable modem from home. I've check my internet connection and made sure that www.foldershare.com is not blocked. Is there another site that needs to be unblocked as well? Thanks for any help. |
