FolderShare service outage

Dear FolderShare users,

Earlier today our system encountered a server failure from which it is now
recovering, during this time some of you might experience connectivity
issues.
Your client machines will automatically sign back in over the next couple of
hours.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you up to date on our
efforts to restore full functionality.

It is 3:15 central time and I am still having issues connecting. I connected
for a short time but the files will not sync. Are you still having issues on
your end?

Shortly after 5 pm EST (on Tuesday 2008feb12) and I have a number of machines which have still not reconnected.

I'm torn between leaving them to reconnect or disconnecting and seeing if they reconnect, potentially losing my space in a long queue.

I don't know what to do either. My foldershare has been down all day. It
would be nice to get an update and furthe explanation from microsoft

6.26pm CST...as is generally the case with this stellar product, my PC is
connected, but my Mac is not connecting...sigh

Thanks for returning me to partial functionality! ...waiting to return to
full sync.

Hello -- It's February 13, and the problem (which did correct itself last
night) has resurrected itself, at least for me. FolderShare loads but is
still "logging in." Are there ongoing server problems?
