Vista - Foldershare Crash since today (stopped working)

Foldershare has been running rock solid on my vista 64 bit ultimate for a few
months, but after today's downtime - I get a crash everytime it tries to
connect.

Not aware of any other changes except a nvidia chipset update.

Any ideas or things i can try?

Our problems might be related. My FS has never worked until today when the
servers were down. Now that they are back up, it won't work again (i get the
stopped working message).

I have the 32 bit Vista Ent.

Perhaps we have a similar app running?

VNC, trilian, groove 2007, AVG???

Hi,
We are not experiencing any server issues at the moment, you both should be
able to connect.

Can you both please send me your log file to katz.anton@xxxxxx
on Vista, the log file is located at:

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\FolderShare\logs

We will have a look at the logs,

Hi Anton,
I have emailed you the logfile. I just reinstalled and same problem.

The only thing I can think of is that I have my 'documents' and 'pictures'
folders pointed to the D-drive - would that somehow break it?

new to this forum, but, yes have the same problem.
Today install all thye software I was running for a while with FS just fine. Today though it downloaded new updates from MS, and now FS crashes after reboot.
I'm running Vista Ultimate x64, and Office 2007.
On my other machine with Vista Home Premier x64, and Office 2003 FS is still fine though. Strange.

As I said I';m new to the formum so still need to figure out how to email, but will more than happy to email my FS log to you as well.

just downloaded Vista Service Pack 1. Foldershare still stops, and crashes.

no changes, but today it sudedently worked again.
After a hard restart, it logged in and did not crash!

I still have the same problem. Any fix or ideas on the way?

I agree with others having the same problem its related to login somehow...

Same "Windows Live FolderShare Beta has stopped working" here. Vista Ultimate x32. I tried this months ago and had the same error.

Installed the new beta onto a xp machine, and it won't start up
anymore...crashes upon start up. Any one else with similar problem on
the newest beta?

Today install all thye software I was running for a while with FS just fine. Today though it downloaded new updates from MS, and now FS crashes after reboot. I'm running Vista Ultimate x64, and Office 2007. On my other machine with Vista Home Premier x64, and Office 2003 FS is still fine though. Strange. As I said I';m new to the formum so still need to figure out how to email, but will more than happy to email my FS log to you as well. Michael
