Vista - Create Your First Share Library

I clicked the link on my page that allows me to create my first shared
library. It then asks for which PC I chose one. Then where to put I chose
C drive and then the link for create a new folder and called it foldershare.
But when it tried to make the folder it says there is an error without any
kind of info as to what kind. But then then when I return to my page it
says it is there in personal libraries. I tried twice before noticing the
problem so I then opened one and saw the link to delete. So I tried to
delete the second copy and it gives me the same error and remains in my
Personal Libraries list.
