FolderShare services have fully recovered

Dear FolderShare users,

Our system has fully recovered several hours ago from the issues we
experienced yesterday.
Please enjoy the new website and the new client. As always we will be glad
to hear any feedback you have for our product!

Thanks for all your continuous support,

RE: FolderShare services have fully recovered

Still not coming up on my computer. www.foldershare.com still returns
message that page cannot be found. No other connection problems on my
computer.

RE: FolderShare services have fully recovered

I'm still not able to get onto foldershare. www.foldershare.com brings up
'we can't find this page.'

When trying to connect to http://www.foldershare.com your browser should be
redirected to https://www.foldershare.com. Are you also having problems
connecting to other secure sites such as online banking or credit cards?

The site is definitely there. Sounds like a DNS problem on your end. Try
connecting to the IP directly:

I have the same problem. Connecting direcly to the IP didn't help.

The problem is:
The page www.foldershare.com does load. But when I try to log in to "my
pages" I get this message:
"We can't find that page.
It may no longer be available, or you may have entered the wrong web address."

All I then can do is to sign out. If I don't do that I cant even load the
frontpage.

In adition to explorer 7 I also downloaded opera and firefox to see if that
did help. It didn't. And I have tryed to access the page from different
computers in Norway (remote access). Didn't help eather.

Hoping for an solution to this soon.

Re: FolderShare services have fully recovered

I get the same message "we cannot find this page" when I point at
https://www.foldershare.com. I'm not having any other connectivity problems
(email, banking, etc.) so it's not at my end. It's happening both in firefox
and IE.

Sounds like your ISP is caching DNS lookups wrongly. AOL amongst others
is notorious for this.

Try using https://foldershare.com/ instead. Don't worry if your browser
complains about a mismatched certificate.

Re: FolderShare services have fully recovered

Nope, that didn't work either. It got me to the login page but when I put in
my email address and password, I'm back to 'we can't find that page.' I
don't have AOL, by the way--comcast.
