You should be able to logon now

We're had some reports of users who:
- successfully had their client logon
- but could not logon to the website.

We propped a fix for this last night and it looks like these users can logon
now.

If you are still having logon issues, please respond to this post and we'll
dig in.

thx
-Mohammed

Hi Mohammed

I just sent you an email but I thought I would share with the rest here.
Can login to website on a vista and xp machine. However, I can only login to
the client software on the XP machine. All my previous settings/folders were
retained

Also, I can access the XP machine via the vista machine and website (pretty
speedy actually).

RE: You should be able to logon now

I am having difficulty logging in today. I have four computers using
foldershare and two can't log in and two can. All settings are the same on
each. I have double-checked everything, restarted system, and program but
still have no luck logging in.

RE: You should be able to logon now

Possible fix??

I've been getting some help from Mohammed and Ramon.... I finally got things
to work. I don't know if its coincedence with what they were working on or
not but I did a password reset and things seem to all work now.. I'm able to
login to the website from an XP and Vista machine and also I finally got the
new client to connect from the Vista machine.

Others might want to try that...

RE: You should be able to logon now

I am getting the same error I did during the outages on Monday -- activity
monitor says "logging in" indefinitely but never actually completes.

I can log into the Web site and browse my home machine.
