| | Libraries will not open When I logged in this morning, I couldn't access the libraries I had set up. I kept getting the message: "Sorry, there was an unexpected error. Please try again." After many, many attempts, I still cannot access the libraries. Anyone know what to do to fix this problem? Help! |

| | Re: Libraries will not open I had basically the same problem and solved it by creating a new account using a new Windows Live ID -- see the thread started yesterday "Not able to synchronize folders and access them." I am NOT happy about this, since I would have to redo all the libraries, add back the computers and users. Is there anyway the old account can be fixed??? (I am not sure what kind of account I have -- I had originally signed up after purchasing the Iomega HD) btw - I like the new interface, just hope it works as well as the old foldershare.
