Not able to synchronize folders and access them

Not able to synchronize folders and access them

Hello;
In the last 24 hours I have not been able to synchronize and access my
shared folders. I have upgraded to the new client. I use Windows Vista Home
Basic. Have been using for a year. The foldershare icon is showing as
connected in the toolbar. However, the folders which I have been sharing is
shown in grey. When I click on them it takes me to the website of foldershare
and there I get the message :"Sorry there was an unexpected error". The
situation is same for last 24 hours. I have reinstalled the foldershare as
well. This is the problem on my laptop.
However, my home PC with old foldershare is still working fine.
IS there any problem with folderhsare or anythign specific to my laptop?
Would appreciate a response.

I have exactly the same problem, but it is the same with the old and the new
client.

I have the same problem ... it showed up a few days ago using the old
client, and upgrading the client did nothing to fix the problem ... anyone
have a solution?

Followup -- I saw something in another thread here that suggested maybe the
problem is account related. So I set up a new account and everything works
fine.

I'm NOT happy about this, since I have to redo all of the libraries, and add
back all the computers and users.
