Vista - files & folders disappearing

Starting yesterday, folders started disappearing from my library across all
of my computers. They appear to be systematically (alphabetically) being
removed my library.

I have seen some discussion about some sort of server upgrade. Could this
be related?

Where could the files be going?

We are not currently tracking any problem that resembles this behavior.
Are the files being removed from a library you share between your devices or
with someone else?
Also, could you please send me your log file?

The file is located at:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\FolderShare\logs\

I'm sending you the log file now.

The library is actively utilized by six computers that are used by a couple
of people. There is the potential for someone to delete a folder and have it
removed from the other system with this set-up, but this sort of pattern of
missing folders doesn't seem like a user accidentally deleting a folder.

Hopefully the log file will help to shed some light on what's happening.
FYI- The "view activity" option doesn't show any activity.
