To update this further if anybody from Microsoft reads this. I now removed
the old client on BOTH login (identities) I had. I reinstalled the new client
on both. It seems to work for now, although on Port Status tab now it says
that TCP 6571 and TCP 8000 are blocked to accept conenctions, while TCP 443
is enabled. On the old client, both TCP 6571 and TCP 8000 were OK.
However, I still get frequent errors while creating and updating libraries
via web-site.
